The nose is fruity and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of blackberry and ripe plum associated with a hint of dried wild strawberry and subtle touches of spices, mushroom / undergrowth and very discreet hints of Cuben pepper. The palate is mineral (racy minerality), well-structured, fruity, straight, well-built and offers a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed ripe cherry, ripe plum and slight notes of dried cassis combined with a touch of strawberry, mushroom, undergrowth as well as subtle hints of spices. Tannins are very slightly firm.
