The nose reveals notes of cassis bud, cassis, wild berries and a touch of violet, blackberry combined with a very discreet hint of tea, spices / gray pepper as well as a touch of liquorice and toasted touches. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers juiciness, tension, an acid frame, freshness and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of redcurrant, raspberry and slight notes of boysenberry associated with slight touches of cassis / flower bud, liquorice as well as very discreet hints of spices / tea. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
