Jean-Max Roger – Grand Chemarin 2015 – Sancerre

The nose is fruity and offers juiciness as well as generosity. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, juicy nectarine and small notes of juicy apple associated with fine touches of zests as well as fine hints of quenette. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juicy/acidulous frame, minerality, fat, suavity, gourmandize as well as a beautiful juiciness and depth. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe pink grapefruit and small notes of ripe/fleshy vine peach associated with fine hints of mandarine as well as a very discreet hint of zests. Good length. A beautiful wine!
