The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of black cherry, plum and small notes of ripe red fruits (berries, cherry) associated with discreet hints of blueberry, violet, aromatic herbs and Cuben pepper / spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a mineral frame, a fine suavity as well as a very fine acidity (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, wild berries and small notes of plum associated with fine hints of fresh / juicy raspberry, cassis as well as a very discreet hint of violet, cocoa and spices. Tannins are fine and very discreetly firm. Good length. There is a very discreet touch of almond on the aftertaste.
