The nose is mineral, slightly retained and offers a small freshness. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of mirabelle, gunflint, ripe citrus and acacia honey combined with touches of quince, crushed small yellow fruits and slight hints of spices. The palate is fruity, delicate and offers a small unctuosity, juiciness, gourmandise as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of mandarin associated with small / fine touches of quenette, vine peach as well as with slight hints of vanilla and butter. Good length. There is a very fine tannic sensation on the finish (brings chews). A beautiful wine!
