Jean Cavé – Duo – Bas Armagnac

Jean Cavé – Duo – Bas Armagnac

(48.7%) The nose is powerful, aromatic and offers gourmandise, intensity and elegance. It reveals notes of Zante currant, dried citrus, dried quince and small notes of dried white flowers combined with small / fine touches of pâtisseries, Sichuan pepper, sandalwood / toasted and hint of caramelization / toffee. The palate is fruity and offers a good definition, a fine acid frame (in the background), power, fat and a good balance. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of Zante currant, crystallized lemon, crystallized mirabelle plum and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with small touches of pâtisseries, caramelization, violet / sandalwood and a discreet hint of black pepper. Good length. Good persistence.
