Jean Cavé – 20/20 – Vieil Armagnac

Jean Cavé – 20/20 – Vieil Armagnac

The nose is fruity, powerful and quite fine. It reveals notes of candied orange zest and rancio combined with a touch of caramel, fine notes of candied fruit, tobacco and a hint of almond. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, relatively fat, quite powerful and offers suavity and freshness. In the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of caramel, candied clementine and fine notes of white fruit (apple, brugnon) associated with slight notes of caramel, fine touches of fig, a woody touch as well as slight notes of almond, sweet spices and a discreet note of bitterness. Good length.
