The nose is fruity, rich and aromatic. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of quince, pear and small notes of citrus associated with small touches of fleshy peach, green apple skin and honey. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid frame, elegance, precision, a beautiful structure, a racy / chalky mineral as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy Williams pear and small notes of citrus (lemon, tangerine) associated with small touches of fleshy / fresh peach, juicy Granny Smith apple and a very discreet hint of mirabelle plum, honey and an imperceptible hint of almond. Good length.
