The palate is very finely tight and offers a small freshness, power, a fine grain as well as intensity and a fine straightness. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of dry mandarine, dry peach, small notes of dry pear associated with touches of dry flowers/pot pourri, dry lemon, tobacco, pepper as well as fine hints of cedar, caramelization, a discreet hint of incense and grilled almond. Good length.
