Istine Levigne Chinati Classico Riserva 2017

(Organic) The wine has a pale ruby colour with garnet reflections. The nose is intense, floral, very seductive. The wine reveals notes of rose petals, wild strawberries, strawberry compote, a touch of red and black cherries and a hint of sweet spices. The palate is juicy and vibrant, demonstrating the typical Sangiovese acidity and finesse. There is an explosion of crunchy red berries on the palate, a basket of strawberries, red cherries, cranberries and cowberries supported by fine nuances of dried herbs and spices. The finish is long and succulent with slightly drying, but juicy and polished tannins.
