The palate is fresh, round, gourmand and offers a fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cherry, redcurrant and more slightly crushed red plum associated with a touch of strawberry as well as hints of local grove, bay laurel, a subtle hint of chocolate and with discreet hints of caramelization.
