The nose is fruity, fresh and crunchy. It reveals notes of cassis, crunchy strawberry and small notes of crunchy blackberry associated with small touches of zan, cardamom, violet and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, minerality/ a mineral frame, freshness, a very discreetly tight grain as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy blackberry, crunchy fresh raspberry and small notes of crunchy wild strawberry associated with touches of flowers, liquorice, chocolate and caramelization. Tannins are fine and well-built. Gourmandize and suavity/appetence on the finish.
