The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandize as well as good definition. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, chocolate, juicy plum as well as very fine hints of saffron and spices. The palate is fruity and offers a beautiful freshness, a small minerality, an acidulous frame as well as a certain dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh redcurrants, crunchy raspberries and small notes of juicy / fresh plum associated with small touches of fresh licorice stick, violet, saffron as well as a very discreet hint of tobacco blond (in the background). Tannins are very discreetly mellow. Good length. A wine that offers a beautiful juicy / fresh and well-defined fruit.
