On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, small bright blue berries, small notes of flowers (violet, cornflower, flowers pistil) associated with touches of small juicy wild red berries as well as hints of sense of the place (local biotope), rosemary as well as discreet hints of camphor, mild tobacco and cocoa.
