On the nose, fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a little crystalline side. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon and vine peach and, more lightly, lemon blossom associated with small touches of green apple as well as discrete hints of Spanish lime and a subtle touch of zest/yuzu. On the palate, fruity and offers gourmandise, roundness, a certain juiciness, chewiness and a fine tension. The wine expresses notes of candied lemon, Spanish lime and more slightly crystallized vine peach associated with hints of carambola, yuzu, zest as well as discreet honey/acacia and almond hints (in the background). Good length.
