The nose is powerful, aromatic and offers elegance as well as depthness. It reveals notes of peat, smoke and small notes of toasted oak, dried fruits associated with fine hints of grain, beeswax as well as discreet hints of minerality, hay, spices and an imperceptible hint of coffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-managed and offers juiciness, power, dynamism, power as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate, this Whiskey expresses notes of cereals, honey, quince and small notes of hay associated with touches of peat, smoke, dried Mirabelle plum, a touch of caramelization / patisseries, almond as well as very discreet hints of toasted oak, dried flowers, walnut and pepper (in the background). Good length.
