The nose is aromatic, gourmand and appetizing. It reveals slight notes of Zante currants, cloves, pâtisseries and slight hints of crystallized citrus (lemon, clementine), candied cherry associated with a discreet touch of apple, spices as well as a subtle hint of spice and wood. The mouth is gourmand, fleshy, well-balanced, nicely fleshy and offers a small fat, suavity as well as a fine freshness. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of pâtisseries, apple and crystallized lemon combined with a discreet hint of vanilla as well as a slight hint of marmalade, caramel and very discreet hints of grilled oak (in the background). Good and aromatic persistence. There is a hint of honey on the persistence.
