The nose is fruity, concentrated and slightly tight. It reveals notes of cassis, cornflower and more slightly small wild berries associated with fine touches of spices as well as very discreet hints of bulb. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, mineral, straight and offers a good definition, fat as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis and more slightly plum associated with fine/discreet touches of crushed wild strawberry, liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of caramelization and gray pepper (in the background).
