Hubert de Boüard – Chardonnay 2018 – Vin de Pays de l’Atlantique

The nose is fruity, fresh, juicy and offers a small gourmande side. It reveals notes of juicy vine peach, juicy/ripe pear and small notes of citrus (lemon, mandarine) associated with fine hints of quince, a hint of flowers as well as very discreet hints of butter (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of chestnut. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy pear, fleshy/juicy nectarien and small notes of ripe/juicy citrus associated with fine touches of quince as well as discreet hints of flowers and a subtle hint of butter. Good length. The persistence is acidulous.
