Beatty ranch Zinfandel is a structured, layered, absolutely complex and developing wine. This comes from a selection of the best barrels of Zinfandel from some of the oldest vines of the appellation. Its dark profile is syrupy while providing hints of leather, roasted coffee, cinnamon & cardamom. The structure is definitely grippy and grainy with fiery and dramatic flavors. The finale is escalating into a new developing style.
