The nose is fruity, very slightly tight, a bit gourmand and offers power. It reveals notes of juicy / fleshy black fruits and small notes of cassis associated with touches of crushed strawberry, bigarreau cherry as well as discreet hints of local vegetation / flowers as well as very discreet hints of liquorice and tobacco. The palate is fresh, juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful juicy / mineral frame, a good structure, a slight tension, as well as a slight suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy black fruit associated with small touches of fleshy strawberry, bigarreau cherry, discreet hints of local vegetation / grove, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of Zan, tobacco and cardamom / mocha. Tannins are structuring and very slightly mellow. Good length.
