The nose offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fresh quince, fresh/crunchy brugnon and small notes of flowers/varietals associated with very fine hints of kumquat zests, small yellow fruits as well as hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful fat, roundness as well as unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed brugnon, crushed pear and small notes of lychee associated with touches of exotic fruits, quince as well as fine hints of flowers and racy minerality. Good length. An imperceptible hint of bitterness on the persistence.
