The wine shows a bright and youthful ruby purple colour. The nose is very open, fresh and herbaceous, notes of green pepper, nettle and red currants are soaring from the glass, supported by nuances of red cherries and cranberries. The palate offers intense juiciness and elevated, crisp acidity, fine, aerial structure and slightly assertive, drying tannins. Nuances of red fruits are brighter on the palate, still complicated by green nuances of fresh tobacco and black currant leaf. The finish is fresh but grippy. Still very young, needs time.
