The nose is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition as well as a very fine straightness. It reveals notes of yellow peach, crushed yellow peach and small notes of citrus associated with a touch of zests, dry green apple skin as well as a subtle hint of flowers, sage and racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/slightly acidulous frame, a beautiful definition as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy Mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of lemon/mandarine associated with a subtle hint of quénette, yellow apple as well as discreet hints of racy minerality, butter and toasted. Good length.
