The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and redcurrant jam combined with small notes of Quetsche plum, raspberry as well as slight hints of Cuben pepper, spices and slight toasted hints. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced, fat and offers tension, freshness as well as a slight unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blueberry and slight plum associated with slight touches of black cherry, crushed redcurrant as well as liquorice / Zan hints and sweet spices.
