The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis and redcurrant jam combined with small notes of Quetsche plum, raspberry as well as slight hints of Cuben pepper, spices and slight toasted hints. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced, fat and offers tension, freshness as well as a slight unctuosity.
