It reveals notes of cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of small berries associated with touches of griotte, strawberry, iris as well as hints of violet plum, zan, red cherry, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, wild blackberry, small notes of violet associated with touches of small berries as well as hints of nutmeg, griotte/red cherry, blueberry as well as fine hints of cardamom and toasted.
