The nose is fine and aromatic. It reveals notes of rocky minerality, mountains flowers and slight notes of mirabelle, Williams pear associated with small touches of wheat, quince, muesli, yellow flowers as well as a subtle hint of dry fruits, spices, pepper and hay. The palate is frui- ty, well-balanced and offers a slight fleshy, a beautiful fat, a nice structure, minerality, a beautiful suavity as well as a slight gourmandise. In the mouth this Whisky expresses notes of small yellow fruits, quince, mirabelle and slight notes of dried yellow grape associated with a subtle hint of peach, Brazil nut/dry fruits, wheat, a subtle oaky/toasted hint as well as a subtle hint of crys- tallized kumquat, a hint of hay and minerality.
