The nose is aromatic, finely powerful (in the background) and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of dried mirabelle plum, plum in syrup and fine notes of dried citrus associated with touches of pear in Kirsch as well as fine hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fine and offers fat, a very fine unctuosity and gourmandise. On the palate this Whiskey expresses notes of crushed pear, caramelized apple, mirabelle plum and plum in syrup combined with fine / discreet hints of dried citrus, caramel / pâtisseries as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and a very discreet / imperceptible hint of oak (in the background). Good length.
