The nose is aromatic, slightly tight and offers power as well as finesse. It reveals notes of cassis, wild black berries and slight notes of plum, fleshy raspberry combined with a hint of rose as well as a slight touches of Zan, cardamom, nutmeg and very discreet touches of vanilla (background). The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a nice juiciness, suavity, a beautiful finesse, a slight mineral frame, good structure, tension, minerality / freshness as well as a nice precision and definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe blackberry, plum and fleshy raspberry combined with hints of black cherry, rose, chocolate / cocoa as well as slight touches of Bourbon vanilla and cardamom. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
