The nose is fruity, racy and offers a certain intensity, delicacy as well as a certain deepness. It reveals notes of Boysenberry, bright cherry and small notes of wild blackberry associated with touches of violet, gray pepper, hints of camphor, zan as well as very discreet hints of rose and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a good definition, dynamism, a beautiful pulpy / acidulous fruit, gourmandize, a certain deepness, a small freshness, roundness, fat as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, bright cherry and small notes of juicy / pulpy wild strawberry associated with small touches of acidulous / fleshy purple plum, lily, rose, cherry blossoms, racy minerality, chocolate as well as hints of toast / caramelization and a discreet hint of green cardamom on the finish. Tannins are elegant, precise and very finely firm. A discreet bitterness on the persistence.
