The nose is fruity, discreetly tight and offers a fine richness and smoothness. There are notes of quince, fleshy nectarine and, small notes of, crushed apple combined with fine touches of crushed physalis and a subtle hint of lemon and lemon blossom. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and reveals good definition, precision, precision, fine tension, minerality and a fine tight grain. A fine airiness in its fine richness / pulpiness of fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy, pulpy apple, fleshy, juicy pear and small notes of lemon combined with hints of fresh quenette, fine points of physalis as well as a discreet hint of citrus zest and almond. A very discreet, almost vanilla-like hint in the background. Good length. An imperceptible almost varietal touch on the finish/persistence.
