The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, a certain purity of the fruit, a certain richness of the fruit, energy as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / pulpy cherry, juicy / acidulous strawberry and small notes of juicy / fresh Boysenberry associated with touches of cornflowers, rose as well as fine hints of cherry and discreet hints of almond. Tannins are a bit tight. A wine of gourmandize.
