(No added sulfur) The nose is fruity and offers a certain fleshy, richness (of the fruit) as well as a small power. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberries, fleshy cherries and small notes of cherry blossoms, cornflowers, crushed cassiss as well as fine hints of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, suavity, a certain purity of the fruit, a certain richness of the fruit, energy as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / pulpy cherry, juicy / acidulous strawberry and small notes of juicy / fresh Boysenberry associated with touches of cornflowers, rose as well as fine hints of cherry and discreet hints of almond. Tannins are a bit tight. A wine of gourmandize.
