The nose is fresh, fruity, concentrated and mineral. It reveals notes of blackberry, camphor and small notes of red fruits (crunchy strawberry ..) associated with touches of flowers, discreet hints of gray pepper as well as a subtle hint of violet / iris, toasted and an imperceptible hint of toasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, gourmandise as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh / crunchy cassis, fresh/crunchy cassis and small notes of fresh/crunchy raspberry associated with touches of liquorice, dark chocolate, camphor and very discreet hints of nutmeg hazelnut. Tannins are elegant and structuring. An “easy-drinking” wine.
