Hattingley Valley’s King’s Cuvée, a limited release, has a unique backstory originating from an overlooked barrel in the winery’s early years. Aged for 7 months in oak and further matured for 6 years on lees, the cuvée achieves notable depth, smoothness, and a lingering creamy finish. Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, the King’s Cuvée features honeyed and vanilla notes, reminiscent of a dessert. Its vivid acidity ensures a dry palate as well as a fresh and elegant profile.
