Intense amber colour. The nose is intense and powerful, slightly woody and stemmy, opening up with notes of strong black tea, a hint of balsamic and pickles. The palate is powerful, offering sweet notes of apricot jam, a touch of minty and medicinal herbs, delicate bitterness of lime and grapefruit bitter. The tannins are grippy and stick to the gums.
