Nice compact and persistent foam. The champagne has a straw yellow color with fine bubbles. The nose is intense and fresh with menthol. Fruity and gourmand, the nose becomes more discreet after a few seconds with stewed yellow fruits such as apple and peach. We find vanilla, creamy and little by little toasted touches. There is a solar side that accompanies notes of pine, pine forest. The mouth is intense on the oak: vanilla, basil, pine, toast. There is an interesting icy coolness. The aromas are discreet, subtle. The bubbles are fine and mineral. There is a velvety finish on the cherry stone, plum and umami flavor.
