The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. On the nose, the wine is delicate and expresses notes of candied lemon peel, lemon juice, clementine, flowers (acacia, apple blossom), fresh grapes and white peach. On the palate, there are flavors of ripe yellow fruits (yellow plum, mirabelle plum), peach in syrup and fresh pineapple. A delicate mousse and a present but subtle acidity help balance the richness and sweetness of the ripe fruit. The finish is tangy, with good length. A balanced and pleasant wine.
