The nose is floral and offers some power as well as a certain fruitiness. It reveals notes of violet, rose and slight notes of pulpy blackcurrant associated with small touches of zan/star anise and a subtle hint almost of fresh sap. The mouth is fruity and offers a nice freshness, minerality, a fresh frame, an airy side as well as delicacy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright cherry and slight hints of fresh flowers associated with touches of star anise, sap and a subtle almost iodized hint. A very discreet hint of eucalyptus in the background. The tannins are supple and fresh. Good length.
