Goisot 2017 – Bourgogne Aligoté

Goisot 2017 – Bourgogne Aligoté

The nose is fruity, racy and offers freshness and a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of ripe citrus (lemon, grapefruit, quince) and small notes of exotic fruits combined with touches of ripe physalis and apple as well as an imperceptible hint of ripe zests and dried almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, frank and offers a good definition, a small suavity, precision, a slight tension as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe yellow peach, juicy mirabelle plum and small notes of ripe / juicy citrus, exotic fruits associated with hints of physalis as well as a very discreet hint of apple and minerality.
