The saké has got a pale straw color. The nose is quite intense with golden apple, yellow peach and brugnon notes. It’s appealing and creamy. The mouth is all about medium intensity stone fruits (peach) flavors. Then some delicate grapey and grain flavors are appearing. The saké has texture. The fresh finish is with a lot of umami: soy sauce, turnip and almond are accompanying a medium length.
