The nose is fine, elegant, aromatic and well-balanced. It reveals notes of juniper / hawthorn, cucumber and slight notes of flowers, citrus associated with touches of rocky minerality and a discreet hint of spice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, gourmande, aromatic, beautifully built and offers a nice fat, a fine unctuosity as well as a fine fresh frame. On the palate this Gin express notes of juniper, hawthorn and slight notes of white fruits (pear …) associated with fine hints of heather as well as a subtle hint of crushed lychee, citrus and an imperceptible hint of spices. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of anise on the persistence.
