The mouth is fruity, fresh, fine, perfectly balanced, well defined, elegant and offers a nice definition, fat and a nice precision. In the mouth this Whiskey expresses notes of physalis, cassis and fine notes of ripe citrus associated with a touch of citrus zests, papaya, fleshy white fruits, grilled oak, rose as well as a very discreet hint of earth (in the background), vanilla (in the background), a discreet hint of caramelization, grilled hint and spices on the finish.
