The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of fleshy red berries, violet and small notes of blueberry, cherry associated with slight Zan hints as well as a very discreet hint of dark chocolate (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, suavity, a beautiful mineral frame, a small juiciness, tension, straightness as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy red berries, red cherry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of violet, elderberry, licorice, vanilla as well as an imperceptible hint of olive / olive tree. Tannins are fine, numerous and a bit dry. Good length. A juicy wine, gourmand, precise and straight. There is a hint of tonka bean on the finish / persistence. (2020+)
