The nose is aromatic, fine and quite elegant. It reveals notes of white flowers, mandarin flowers, candied mandarin and candied lemon associated with a slight hints of yuzu zests as well as a subtle hint of rose petal. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave and offers a small fat. The effervescence is very fine and dynamic. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, green lemon sorbet and small touches of juicy clementine associated with touches o fcandied vine peach as well as discreet hints of flowers.
