The nose is fresh, crunchy and gourmand. It reveals notes of crunchy apple, pear and slight hints of compote brugnon associated with subtle toasted hints, fresh lemon and a subtle hint of flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of butter, almond and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, suavity, gourmandise, fat, a beautiful minerality as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and fresh white fruits (crunchy apple, crunchy flat peach) associated with slight hints exotic fruits/quenette as well as a subtle hint of beeswax (in the background) and a woody hint.
