George Duboeuf 2015 – Fleurie

The nose is fruity, slightly powerful and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of blueberry, cassis and slight hints of black berries associated with discreet hints of violet as well as a subtle hint of griotte and licorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight acid frame, minerality as well as deepness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, cassis and plum associated with a hint of blueberry as well as discreet hints of licorice and discreet toasted hints. Tannins are well-built and slightly firm/dry. Good length.
