The nose is mineral and slightly tight. This wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of quince, dry almond and small notes of ripe apple associated with fine touches of white flowers, rose and very fine hints of oak. The palate is fruity, well-balances and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, tension as well as a fine airy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, white flowers (lily of the valley…), rose as well as a subtle hint of beeswax and almond. Good length.
