The wine has a beautiful, slightly sustained pink gold color. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is aromatic on the fruit. We smell the juicy peach but also the apricot. There are also fine touches of citrus like orange zest and lots of rose. With air, we remain on this very fruity, gourmand profile. The attack presents a slight fizz. It’s fresh with lots of fruit like on the nose: peach, apricot, orange zest and rose. The acidity develops little by little on the juicy lemon. The mid-palate is supported by this acidity with the aromas becoming more discreet. The finish is mineral with a vegetal hint of rosemary. A gourmet wine, simple and effective.
