The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand, beautifully defined, well-balanced and offers juiciness, tension as well as sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied cassis, candied cherry, small notes of candied redcurrant associated with a touch of raspberry, violet, fig as well as small hints of liquorice stick, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of acidulous candy.
